CHAT FEATURES

I replaced my contact form with a chat service so I can quickly reply to an inquiry. If I am available I'll connect with you right away! See instructions below:

 

 

Once you open the chat box you will find at the top right corner a small arrow. If you click on it there are four options: 1. Minimize the chat window, 2. Expand the chat window, 3. Download the transcript, and 4. Start a new conversation.
If I am available I will answer within two minutes. If after two minute I have not answered, I am not available to chat at that moment. I will be notified that you have contacted me and I will reply to you directly in the chat box as soon as I am able. When I reply, you will receive an email notice as well as a ding in the chat box in case you still have my website open. You can reply either to my email or continue using the chat box on my website.
