I ask you to please add in addition to your question also your name and email address so that I can get back to you in case I'm unavailable. I chose to replace my contact form with a chat box so I can directly reply to an inquiry. Here are the cool features of this chat service:
Once you open the chat box you will find at the top right corner a small arrow. If you click on it there are four options: 1. Minimize the chat window, 2. Expand the chat window, 3. Download the transcript, and 4. Start a new conversation. If I am available I will answer within two minutes. If after two minute I have not answered, I am not available to chat at that moment. I will be notified that you have contacted me and I will reply to you directly in the chat box within 48 hours at the latest. You will receive an email notice and can then reply to my email or continue using the chat box on my website. If you'd like to be added to my mailing list, please mention this in your chat. Thank you!
