Direct-Knowing in Action in Daily Life
In this video Michael Hall, PhD gives examples of what living in our everyday life looks like when we are moved by direct knowing. I call this knowing direct-knowing or flash-knowing. Michael Hall calls this knowing no-mind knowing or no-mind awareness, derived from his Zen Buddhism training. Michael's examples show how we have access to this greater, more holistic and all-inclusive knowing, which has nothing to do with our ordinary thinking, reasoning and conceptualizing faculties.
